On July 1, Dalian Port issued a notice on the resolution of the board of directors. The board of directors agreed to elect Mr. Wei Minghui as chairman of the board of directors, Mr. Cao Dong and Mr. Qi Yue as vice-chairman.
 
At the same time, the board of directors agreed to appoint the following persons as the members of the special committees of the sixth board of directors.
 
1. Audit Committee: Li Zhiwei (Chairman), Yuan Yi, Luo Wenda;
 
2. Nomination and Compensation Committee: Liu Chunyan (Chairman), Cao Dong and Li Zhiwei;
 
3. Strategic Development Committee: Wei Minghui (Chairman), Cao Dong, Sun Dequan;
 
4. Financial Management Committee: Luo Wenda (Chairman), Yuan Yi, Li Zhiwei.
 
The board of directors agrees to appoint the following personnel as the senior management personnel.
 
1. Mr. Sun Dequan was employed as general manager;
 
2. Mr. Tai Jingang, Mr. Yin Kaiyang and Mr. Luo Dongxi were appointed as deputy general managers;
 
3. Continue to employ Ms. Wang Ping as chief financial officer;
 
4. Continue to employ Mr. Zhang tie as safety director;
 
5. Ms. Wang Huiying is employed as secretary of the board of directors and secretary of the joint company, and Mr. Li Jianru is a qualified accountant and secretary of the joint company.
