Announcement said that the main reasons for the increase in current performance are as follows:

(I) In the first half of 2021, the cargo throughput and container throughput of the company's home port have achieved substantial growth, and the profit contribution of the port main business has increased steadily;

(2) The container shipping market continues to improve, and the relevant shipping companies that the company controls and participate in are expected to increase their profits significantly;

(3) The company's subsidiaries, SIPG Ruitai Development and SIPG Ruixiang Real Estate Development, saw a substantial increase in property sales profits.
