On August 31, China Shipbuilding Trading and Dalian Shipbuilding Industry once again undertook the new construction project of four 37,000 DWT lake bulk carriers from Polish shipowner PZM.

This indicates that CSTC and DSIC have received orders for 8 lake bulk carriers from the shipowner. At present, the number of hand-held orders of this ship ranks second in the world.

The ship signed this time will be built by DSIC Shanhaiguan Shipbuilding Industry. It is a new generation of energy-saving and environmentally friendly bulk carrier.

PZM is not only the largest state-owned dry bulk carrier owner in Europe, but also the third largest operator in the global lake bulk carrier industry.
