Jiangnan Shipyard named two 93000 m3 VLGCs built for Southwest Maritime Xinde Marine News Sarah Yu 2023-05-25 14:05

On May 24, two 93,000 m3 VLGCs built by Jiangnan Shipyard, a subsidiary of CSSC, for Southwest Maritime were named "GAS JUPITER" and "GAS NEPTUNE" respectively.

So far, Jiangnan Shipyard has built and delivered a total of 15 22K LPG carriers, 99K VLECs, and various types of VLGCs for Southwest Maritime.
 
The ship meets the latest NOx TierIII and SOx emission requirements of IMO, and meets the emission requirements of EEDI Phase III at the same time.

The H2756 ship named this time has been successfully delivered, and the H2757 ship is expected to go to sea trial at the end of June and be delivered in mid-August.
 
After its delivery, the 93,000 m3 VLGCs built by Jiangnan Shipyard for Southwest Maritime will officially come to an end, but there are still many VLECs under construction by both parties.
