The 210,000 dwt bulk carrier is the main type of ship built by BSIC. It integrates "green, environmental protection, energy saving, and safety", and its performance indicators have reached the international advanced level.

At present, the company puts the research and development of green and intelligent ships in the first place, and has made major breakthroughs in new fuel technology solutions such as LNG, ammonia, and methanol. In particular, the research and development of ammonia fuel propulsion technology is at the forefront of the industry. Among the ship orders, green ship types accounted for more than 80%, and the first LNG dual-fuel ship type is planned to be delivered within this year.
