Largest! A LNG dual-fuel car carrier with 7600 spaces is put into service. xinde marine news 2024-01-17 18:00

On 17th January, the LNG dual-fuel car carrier "SAIC Anji Sincerity" with 7600 spaces built for SAIC Anji Logistics by CSSC Jiangnan Shipyard was named and set sail. The vessel will carry more than 5,000 various commercial vehicles and engineering vehicles to start its maiden voyage to Europe.  


In terms of loading capacity, "SAIC Anji Sincerity" is the world's largest LNG dual-fuel ro-ro ship in operation, and is operated by Anji Shipping, a subsidiary of Anji Logistics, on international routes.


The vessel is designed with an length of 199.9 meters, a breadth of 38 meters and a depth of 15.5 meters, and is classed by China Classification Society (CCS) and DNV. The car carrier is equipped with WinGD engine.
