International BD Manager

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets for 2020 and beyond.

To be based in Shanghai, China, you will be the front for the company and responsible for business development including marketing and sales for the international market.

Responsibilities

Achieve growth and sales targets within region of responsibility

Contribute in development and implementation the company's sales strategy, expanding our customer base (Buyers and Sellers)

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Promote and develop the company's services incorporating customers  feedback and requirements

Monitor back office follow-up on customers enquiries till fulfilment

Business intelligence on the competition

Requirements

Minimum Bachelors degree or equivalent in Engineering and Business Administraton

Minimum 3-years experience in the maritime industry e.g. shipping, shipyards, marine equipment manufacturers, traders or related

Required business proficiency in English and Mandarin. Any other Germanic or Latin-based languages will be an advantage

Previous experience in business development and sales preferred

To be based in Shanghai, China able to work and travel independently post COVID-19 travel restrictions

Strong commercial sense and demonstratable communication skills

BD客户经理

岗位职责：
1、协助制订并执行公司的经营计划；
2、负责船舶设备及备件供应商的开发工作，与供应商建立合作关系，并协助供应商在公司网站上进行店铺管理及销售。

岗位要求：
1、2年及以上的船舶、机械、贸易或相关行业经验，具有船舶设备或备件采购、销售经验者优先（优秀应届毕业生定向培养）。

2、性格开朗，抗压能力强，善于沟通。
3、具备较强的独立工作能力、沟通协调能力，能适应出差，有良好的团队合作精神和高度的责任感。
