巴拿马型散货船“AGRI KINSALE”轮网络竞价转让的变更公告

广州航运交易有限公司和广州市航晴宝拍卖有限责任公司受客户委托，对委托方所有的一艘巴拿马型散货船“AGRI KINSALE”轮进行网络公开竞价转让。2022年8月16日已发布《巴拿马型散货船“AGRI KINSALE”轮网络竞价转让公告》, 现就原公告有关事项变更公告如下。

一、标的起拍价：1750万美元（USD 17,500,000.00），无保留价。

二、本次竞拍不受报名人数的限制，一人参与竞拍，出价不低于起拍价的，竞拍成交。

三、“AGRI KINSALE”轮挂牌延期如下：

网络竞价报名截止时间：2022年9月13日16:00。

保证金到账截止时间：2022年9月14日12:00。

竞价时间：定时报价时段为2022年9月14日14:00-14:30 ;14:30起为延时报价阶段。

四、意向竞买人一旦报名参拍，视为接受转让方已拟定的《船舶买卖合同》文本，详见本公告附件。中标方应与委托方签订该《船舶买卖合同》。本公告中所附的《船舶买卖合同》作为公告的一部分，与公告中的条款具备同等效力，若与公告内容有冲突或歧义，则以竞拍公告约定的内容为准。

五、除上述内容外，原公告事项不做更改，其他未尽事宜详见附件船舶买卖合同范本等相关挂牌文件。

Bidding Change Announcement of MV“AGRI KINSALE”

Commissioned by our entrusting party, Guangzhou Shipping Exchange Co., Ltd. (GSE) and Hang Qing Bao Auction Co., Ltd. are organizing an online bidding for a panamax bulk carrier“AGRI KINSALE”and have issued the announcement “Bidding Announcement of MV ‘AGRI KINSALE’ ”on August 16, 2022. The change content of the original announcement is stated as follows.

I.Starting Price: USD17,500,000.00;No reserve price for the vessel.

II.This bidding is not limited by the number of applicants. If one bidder participates in the online bidding and the bidding price is not lower than the starting price, he wins the bidding.

III.The listing period of the project will be extended as follows:

Deadline for online bidding registration: 16:00 ,September 13, 2022.

Bidders shall remit the Auction Deposit of USD1,200,000.00 to GSE, and the fund should be received before 12:00 on September 14, 2022.

Online bidding time:The fixed time bidding:14:00 to 14:30, September 14, 2022，the extension time bidding begins from 14:30.

IV.Once the intended bidders enroll in the bidding,it shall be deemed to accept the text of the“Memorandum of Agreement”(i.e.MOA) drawn up by the Sellers.Please refer to the annex of this announcement for the full terms of MOA. the Buyers must sign this“Memorandum of Agreement” (MOA) within five working days after wining the bidding. This“Memorandum of Agreement”attached to this announcement shall be a part of the announcement and shall have the same effect as the terms in the announcement. In case of any conflict or ambiguity with the contents of the announcement, the contents stipulated in the bidding announcement shall prevail.

V. Except for the above change contents, the items in the original announcement will not be changed. please refer to the attached MOA and other relevant documents for other unmentioned matters.
