In a bold move to reshape the future of maritime leadership, Anglo-Eastern Univan Group has launched Mission 30, an ambitious initiative designed to fast-track young officers into management roles. The goal is simple yet groundbreaking: to have 30% of its management-level officers (including Captains, Chief Officers, Chief Engineers, and Second Engineers) under the age of 30 by 2030.

This initiative comes at a time when the maritime industry faces rapid technological advancements, and the demand for highly skilled and adaptable professionals has never been greater. Through Mission 30, Anglo-Eastern is setting the stage for a new generation of maritime leaders.
